1. Pick-up at Showroom
Customers can visit our official showroom at: High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 1, 8th Floor, 1634 26th St, corner 11th Ave, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Here, you can select products, make payment, and receive your order directly at the store.
2. Free Nationwide Delivery
KÜ KÜCHEN provides free delivery across the Philippines (excluding certain accessory items).
To order, simply call our hotline: +63 981 611 9999 or place an order via our website kuchen.ph or our fanpage: Kuchen German – your product will be delivered straight to your preferred address.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers living outside Metro Manila, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) payment.
With COD, you can pay the courier directly after checking and receiving your product.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Metro Manila: 1 – 4 working days
- Other areas: 3 – 8 working days (depending on location and courier conditions)
- In special cases (such as natural disasters, restrictions, or other force majeure events), delivery times may be extended. KÜ KÜCHEN will notify customers in advance if delays occur.
5. Important Notes
- Customers are advised to check the condition of the product upon receipt.
- If you discover any manufacturing defects or damages caused during delivery, please contact our hotline immediately for assistance with exchange or return according to our Warranty & Return Policy.
