Salmon with Pesto and Roasted Tomatoes
This is a vibrant and delicious pasta dish featuring salmon, prawns, and roasted cherry tomatoes, all easily prepared in the Airfryer.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons pesto
- 400 g pasta (multi-colored optional)
- 8 large prawns
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Fresh thyme
- Salt
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Lightly coat an oven-safe dish (that fits inside your Küchen Air Fryer) with 1 tablespoon of pesto.
- Place the salmon steaks in the dish and spread the remaining pesto evenly over them.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the dish.
- Place the prawns on top of the salmon, then drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 200°C for 8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the prawns are tender.
- Serve the salmon and prawns over the cooked pasta. Garnish with fresh thyme and enjoy.
