Healthy Warm Salad using Air Fryer KU PCB1128

Ingredients
- 250 g white asparagus
- 150 g green asparagus
- 2 red chicories
- 4 boiled eggs
- 250 g small pre-boiled potatoes
- 250 g ham cubes
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 2 mandarin oranges (or 1 small can)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 250 g mixed salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Peel the white asparagus, trim about 1 cm from the ends, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the green asparagus into smaller pieces.
Slice the radishes, halve the cherry tomatoes, and quarter the boiled eggs.
Step 2: Cook with Air Fryer KU PCB1128
Preheat the KÜCHEN Air Fryer KU PCB1128 to 200°C for 3–5 minutes.
Place an oven-safe dish or baking tray into the air fryer basket.
Add:
- olive oil
- asparagus
- pre-boiled potatoes
- ham cubes
Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the asparagus is tender and the potatoes are lightly golden.
Step 3: Assemble the Salad
Let the cooked ingredients cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine:
- mixed salad leaves
- cherry tomatoes
- radishes
- mandarin oranges
Add the warm asparagus mixture and toss gently.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 4: Serve
Arrange the red chicory leaves on a serving platter.
Top with the warm salad mixture and decorate with quartered boiled eggs.
